Next generation biologics for I&I diseases

Monoclonal antibodies have transformed the treatment of many immune and inflammatory (I&I) diseases. Yet, for many patients, current therapeutic options are insufficient. We believe this gap reflects the underlying biology: I&I diseases are heterogeneous, and orthogonal inflammatory pathways often drive pathology.  Blocking a single pathway can leave other disease drivers intact.

North Immunology is built on a simple concept: Targeting multiple orthogonal disease mechanisms within a single therapeutic has the potential to deliver transformational efficacy for patients with I&I diseases.

Our lead program, NOR-101, is a half-life-extended IL-13 × IL-18 bispecific antibody designed to address both the type 2 and non-type 2 inflammation that drives atopic dermatitis, as well as other immune-mediated diseases.

Drawing on an extensive body of genetic, translational, and clinical evidence, we are building a pipeline of differentiated bispecific antibodies designed to address the complex biology underlying many I&I diseases.
